$70 Solo = Private sessions with an instructor.

$40 Duet = Two students working the same workout with the instructor at the same time. Subject to instructor’s approval.

$35 Trio = Three students working the same workout with the instructor at the same time. Subject to instructor’s approval.

$25 Rental = Working out on your own while the instructor teaches another student. Subject to instructor’s approval. (This price is the same for the monthly package)

$15 Mat = Group mat class designed for experienced students. Subject to availability and instructor's approval.

Monthly solo and duet packages may be combined. There are no refunds.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Understand that if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, you must give notice at least 24 hours in advance. With 24 hours notice, you may reschedule the appointment within one week (subject to availability). Understand that without the notice you will be charged for the session.

Each month is scheduled and paid for in advance (exception: rental sessions can be, but do not need to be pre-scheduled). There are no refunds and balances may not be forwarded to the next month.

VIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a VIP member, understand that if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, you must give notice at least 24 hours in advance. With 24 hours notice, you have one week to reschedule the appointment, or come in for a make up rental session at no additional charge (subject to availability). Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
